The year 2018 is the year of promoting the construction of smart fire protection. At present, the Gansu Provincial Fire Brigade has joined hands with Kodak to jointly fight within three months and quickly implement the construction of a visual fire command center. The construction includes the three aspects of “displaying, controlling and adjusting”. The display control and command and dispatch are highly integrated based on maps to realize the comprehensive visualization of fire rescue and emergency command, and the command center becomes the “smart brain” assisted by the Gansu Provincial Fire Fighting Corps. ".
180 flat viewing area, the province's dynamic at a glance
In the command center, three large screens made up of crystallized small pitch LEDs are seamlessly spliced ​​into a total of 180 square meters, which is the “window” for the visualization of fire protection resources and the control of fusion control. This high-definition “window” can dynamically monitor various collected monitoring signals, network signals, and electronic map information at any time to achieve full visualization of resources and assist fire rescue.
Multi-system network integration, joint operations in the provinces and counties
The visual command and dispatch system of the command center of the Gansu Provincial Fire Corps relies on a dedicated IP network to access existing videoconferencing systems and monitoring systems in each region, covering fire brigades and squadrons in 14 cities and prefectures and 84 districts and counties across the province. Three cascades are implemented. At the same time, the province's fire-fighting data was shared and built, providing a rich and detailed database of fire-fighting resources for the system, forming a "vertical penetration, horizontal interconnection, and resource sharing" fire-fighting system, so that the entire network responded to unexpected situations and coordinated operations.
Full scheduling of multiple resources, accurate map visualization
The command and dispatch system has fully applied advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things, mobile Internet, and geographic information. Based on PGIS maps, it has achieved visualized accurate disaster relief based on “one map”. Various types of monitoring points are accurately marked on the electronic map. When a fire occurs, the commander can directly click on the map interface to open the real-time monitoring of the incident, and the monitoring screen can be displayed on the large screen with one key, quickly hit the fire site, and the surrounding area. The situation of traffic and key locations can directly call peripheral fire-fighting police and mobile vehicles, wireless individual soldiers, drones and other mobile devices to perform disaster relief. In addition, the commanding staff can visually track the progress of the rescue, and make timely instructions for the next step, achieving the second-degree response in the rescue process, and the disaster relief is fast and accurate.
In the near future, Keda will further assist the Gansu Provincial Fire Corps in improving the functions and applications of the visual command center. With the core of fire fighting practice, it will transform the leading science and technology into a magic weapon for fire prevention and disaster relief, safeguarding Gansu and Gansu.
