In just a few years, Sky Cloud has 100,000+ users in the Chinese market. It has occupied an important position in the field of corporate collaboration, especially the conference market, and its service availability rate exceeds 99.99%. Recently, Section Tianyun and iResearch have jointly released the first White Paper on China's Corporate Collaboration Index, which presents the changes, status quo, and pain points of collaborative markets in all regions and industries.

For many kinds of collaborative products on the market, companies think that many products have functional problems, some of them are redundant and unusable, and some of the practical functions are missing.
Internet companies are most concerned about product quality, and the penetration rate of manufacturing enterprise conference systems is the highest.
Through industry research, the manufacturing industry prefers to use the conference system; fast-disappearing retail companies prefer popularized IM software such as WeChat and QQ, while IT Internet companies use enterprise-level IM software such as nails.
In the selection of enterprise collaboration products, various industries also have different appeals, but product quality is the most important point for all industries and companies. This has also raised awakeness for the majority of collaboration products: products must be perfect, this is a prerequisite for joining the war. condition.
In terms of product use time, companies in Beijing averaged 10 minutes more per meeting than companies located in Guangzhou-Shenzhen.
In the survey, 89.1% of enterprises recognized the increase in efficiency of enterprise collaboration products, and 84.9% of customers recognized that collaboration products can create value for core businesses. Using collaborative cloud products can save on average 23.9% of communication costs.
This survey for the first time clearly demonstrated the current status of China's enterprise collaboration market in front of the public, and also enabled users to fully see the past, present and future of the corporate collaboration market for the first time.
