Outsourced Service Provider CGS Expands Services in Asia

CTI Forum (ctiforum.com), May 8 (Compiled/Lao Qin): India, CGS, a global provider of business applications, corporate learning and outsourcing services, announced the opening of a new technology in Hyderabad, India support Center. CGS India will provide specialized business process outsourcing technical support for the company’s growing multinational customers and provide services for the development of CGS' proprietary software solutions suite.
The Indian facility is redundantly associated with CGS' European Operations Center; and it is part of a global safety network that is compatible with PCI and SOC1/SOC2 to ensure data privacy and security for its global customers. In addition to the English-speaking seats, the Indian team has also expanded the language skills of CGS, including Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.
“There are a large number of technical talents in the Hyderabad area, which allows CGS to provide further services in the area,” said Jithendra “Jithu” Rao Battu, managing director and national manager of CGS India. “For more than a decade, we have been providing software development in the Hyderabad office and expanding our technical contact center support services, which will further promote domestic economic growth. As part of the first phase of expansion, we are hiring 150 additional employees. ”
