Invita provides cloud contact center outsourcing services to Royal Bahrain Hospital

CTI Forum (Ctiforum.com)May 7 (Compiled/Lao Qin): Invita, an ISO 9001:2008 and PCI DSS v3.2 certified business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider in Bahrain, has signed with Royal Bahrain Hospital (RBH) Cloud Contact Center Service Contract.
The agreement allows Royal Bahrain Hospital, an ACHSI and diamond-certified healthcare provider, to receive the latest contact center technology provided by Invita.
Jacob Thomas, Business and Project Director of KIMS Healthcare Group, explained the move: “We believe in process innovation and provide high-quality services to our customers. Our cooperation with Invita will ensure that we serve our customers. Provide more efficient, accurate, and faster response."
Invita supports the goal of Royal Bahrain Hospital and responds to customer inquiries in a quick and efficient manner.
Invita's Rahul Bhalla said: “Our partnership with Royal Bahrain Hospital has made our commitment to provide a strong solution a reality, including providing capabilities and resources that enable our customers to make their business more efficient and flexible.”
