On May 8, 2018, the global giant Salesforce [NYSE: CRM] of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) announced in San Francisco that for the fifth year in a row, salesforce has been ranked as the world's first by the International Semi-annual Survey of International Data Corporation (IDC). One of the CRM suppliers.
